1. How do I get my handmade items up on your website?
If you are interested in listing your items on waytutucute.com, just send us a message through the "contact us" page. Let us know what type of items you create and we'll get back to you ASAP! Due to the high demand, we are now requiring all prospective vendors to send a sample of their items for review.
2. I don't see something I'm looking for. Is this all you carry?
Most of our items are handmade and custom made. If you don't see something you're looking for, send us a message through the "contact us" page and we'll do our best to find it for you!
3. Do you offer any discounts or coupons?
Yes. Occassionally we will send special discount coupons to our customers. Coupons can be used on merchandise only and are not to be used with gift certificates. To receive these special discounts, make sure to sign up for our email list. The link is on the homepage of waytutucute.com. We also give out coupons on our FB page!
4. I don't have a PayPal account. How else can I pay for my merchandise?
You don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase. There is a link on the left side of the log in box, once you get to the PayPal website. Just click "continue" and you will be able to pay via credit card.
5. What is your return/refund policy?
Custom made and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable. For all other items, we provide a 5 day from receipt return policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will provide you with return instructions via email. Shipping costs back to the original location will be at your own expense. Once the returned item has been received, we will either ship you out a replacement item or issue you a refund for the full product price, minus shipping and handling, in the same manner as you paid.
6. How does shipping work?
Your item(s) are shipped directly from the person who is creating them. If you order from more than one product line, you will receive multiple packages. Each item's ship and create time is different. If it's not listed on the item itself, and you are unsure, please send us a message and we will find out for you!
7. Do you offer International shipping?
Please contact us first to make sure that we can ship to your country and we will send you the shipping adjustment link. We can not be responsible for lost packages once they leave the country, as International packages do not have tracking numbers on them.
8. Do you offer advertising opportunities?
Yes, we will consider advertising your business or services for you, if it's relevant to our audience. Please send us a message through the "contact us" page and we'll get back to you.
9. How can I clean my tutu?
If your tutu gets dirty, we recommenend spot cleaning, especially if your tutu has any type of embellishements, as they will not make it through a machine wash! You could also consider steam cleaning, with a cloth behind the fabric. Or, you can always buy a new one (smile).
10. What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package is lost and you don't receive it, we recommend contacting USPS. We are happy to add shipping insurance or signature confirmation to your order, if requested. Unfortunately, once USPS takes your package, it is out of our hands. If the package is returned to us, you will be contacted immediately and we will work on reshipping.
