All of our petti-tutus are handmade, custom creations just waiting for your little one to make them come alive!! We use yards and yards of premium nylon tulle to create a super fluffy, extra fabulous tutu for your little princess!!

All tutus are created using a tie-technique onto a non-roll elastic waist band. Your tutu can stretch an additional 3 inches are your little one grows.
