The diaper cover is 65% Polyester 35% Cotton. There is elastic around the waist and leg openings. There are eyelet detail around the leg openings as well where the bow embellishment is sewn on.

Size1: 0-6 months. Up to 18 pounds
Size2: 6-12 months. Up to 19-22 pounds
Size3: 12-18 months. Up to 23-26 pounds
Size4: 18-24 months. Up to 27-29 pounds
Size5: 3 Toddler. Up to 30-34 pounds
Size6: 4 Toddler. Up to 35-38 pound
