New fluffy double layered feathered chiffon dress, with Black Rosette Top and soft satin straps, with elastic at the back.  A party dress for that girl to feel so special in.

Dress is made out of soft chiffon material with soft lined rosette top with a darling double sided satin bow at the front.  Devine fluffy feathers to make this dress flow.....i use 80 gram feathers that are soft and do not fall out.  The colors of this dress in a black chiffon bottom skirt with a purple chiffon skirt on top, with matching feathers...over two yards are used in each layer

Matching headpiece and mask sold separately.
