Design tutu dress, with a twist.  This tutu is made out of shimmer tulle, in colors of blue,aqua,purple,light green, sewed underneath is a purple chiffon skirt to give the fullness and help not to be see though on the legs, also the twist is the top of the tutu skirt is sewed double sided satin ribbon to give the waistband that cute ruffled look.

The top is made out of rosette fabric, fully lined, with lace and ribbon strap, either one or two straps can be done do please ask, attached all around the bodice is ribbong that ties into a bow at the side of if you like the front or back

Complete with Silk Aqua flowers,pearls,lace ,feathers on a detacable brooch. Stunning for that special occasion.

Large 4 - 6 years 20" waist and 24" in length
