Lavish devine Aqua Tutu skirt used over 100 yards of Soft Aqua Shimmer tulle on non roll elastic with beautiful Double sided sating ribbon around the waist for the ruffle look, this tutu skirt is sewed. The skirt is also Lined with two layered chiffon underneath which is sewed to the tutu, to give fullness and softenest against the legs and not see though.

To compliment the look a matching Top made of out Satin for the bodice, with ruffled ribbon for the straps and ribbon around the botton that ties into a bow. And a cute little flowered brooch that is detacable with cute sequin lace.

The Tutu skirt as showed is 24" long.
