Childs Classic Feathered Pettiskirt Style Skirt,with elastic waistband pull on skirt, made with jersey material, lots of Chandelle Feathers, that are sewed on the skirt, no glueing.  The skirt also comes lined inside with satin fabric and serger hems.  With a Lovely Satin Waist band with a Large bow at the back. The Waistband is non roll elastic.
