Leopard Fancy Pants Ruffled Diaper Cover with 3 full ruffles in leopard , all edged with a rolled hem in black. Panty is fully lined and on the back there is a black satin bow. All seams have been sewn and serged and ruffles have a rolled serger edge. Legs have been reinforced. Edges of ribbons have been heat-sealed to prevent fraying.The elasticized leg openings have been rolled hemmed , making a cute little ruffle.
